Current Order lead Times

For Standard Production Cages these generally ship in 2 weeks from date of order.

 Estimated 12 weeks for any custom cage order.
 

Large quantity orders and/or large enclosure size orders can fall outside the lead time range. The above estimates do not include Holidays that may occur during the timeframe.  If you have any questions please feel free to reach out and we will be glad to assist you.

The following Terms and Conditions apply to the Buyer(s)

By placing an order buyer acknowledges that he/she has carefully read The Pet Zones' terms and conditions of sale and agrees and accepts them as terms of purchase. 

Thermostat: A Thermostat must be used to control the heating element in the rack system or cage. You must also place the probe from the thermostat directly on the heat tape for best results and safest application

Scratches & Dents: You’re rack or cage may come with some minor scratches and dents this is normal from the manufacturing process.

Electrical & Heating: Our electrical products, including but not limited to heat cable, flexible heat tape, light sockets, LED strips/wires are not manufactured specifically for reptile use. The Pet Zone its employees, sister companies, friends, affiliates, builder or any associated with nor the manufacturers will not be held liable for damages caused by malfunctions, improper use, etc. By purchasing a rack or cage from The Pet Zone with a heating or any other electrical option, you are fully aware of the dangers of heating and electrical products. All heating elements must be run on a thermostat. By purchasing a product with heating options you are specifically asking The Pet Zone to install or provide heating elements that are commonly used in the industry, but are not approved by the manufacturer of the heating elements for this specific use. The Pet Zone its employees, sister companies, friends, affiliates, builder or any associated including the manufactures of the heating elements will not be held responsible for malfunctions of the heating elements or electrical elements because they are not specifically intended for use in this specific industry or application.

Accessories: The Pet Zone, is not responsible for and does not warranty accessory products including misting systems, heat panels, lighting, thermostats, heat tape, perches, probes, heat elements, plugs, etc. The Pet Zone, is not responsible for any probe or accessory placement, misuse, improper care, modification, or handling of any product. As the purchaser and user, you accept full liability and responsibility for any product use.

Order Changes: Your order specifications are locked in once production begins. We can accommodate some changes before that time, within reason, but once production begins no changes can be made.

Refunds: Please be sure you have read the lead time & shipping information and have the correct enclosure with all of the options and accessories you want before sending payment. No refunds are available once an order enters production or is shipped. All refunds on orders that have not entered production are subject to a 10% fee of the purchase price plus non-refundable merchant processing fees.
